Senior Associate, Total Comp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as a primary contact for client inquiries, helping to foster and maintain strong relationships.

• Assist in global compensation and payroll processes by gathering and organizing data to meet critical deadlines.

• Aid in the review of payroll data for accuracy and compliance, identifying any discrepancies for resolution.

• Help monitor payroll and compensation activities for assigned employees, ensuring adherence to timelines.

• Support data entry and reporting activities, contributing to insights for clients and program management.

• Assist in pinpointing opportunities for process improvements by documenting inefficiencies and proposing enhancements.

• Engage in team projects and client meetings, taking notes and assisting with administrative functions.

• Aid in year-end payroll and compliance reporting by preparing and organizing necessary documentation.

• Collaborate closely with team members to learn best practices and build expertise in global compensation and payroll.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Several years of experience in global mobility, with a solid understanding of global payroll compliance and tax principles.

• Proficiency with digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data analysis tools, and a quick ability to learn data visualization and project management software.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ideally with some experience in managing or interpreting complex datasets.

• Customer service-oriented mindset, emphasizing problem-solving and effective communication.

• Capability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
