Senior Associate, Strategic Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the regional fleet allocation engine: Develop, maintain, and enhance the models, logic, and decision-making frameworks utilized for fleet allocation.

• Create dashboards, trackers, datasets, and regular reports for regional teams.

• Assess allocation alternatives by analyzing demand, utilization, revenue, ROI, and constraints.

• Simplify complex data into clear recommendations to facilitate improved decision-making.

• Establish an analytical foundation for annual planning and budget forecasting.

• Develop repeatable frameworks and decision-making rules for allocation strategies.

• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and local markets.

• Analyze post-allocation results and refine allocation frameworks.

• Identify deficiencies in tools and data flows to enhance processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy and operations, business intelligence, consulting, project management, or a similar analytical role.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and adept at data management.

• Experience with SQL and dashboard development.

• Capable of transforming disorganized data, operational context, and financial inputs into clear recommendations, priorities, and trade-off decisions.

• Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional projects from planning through to execution.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to assess whether a plan is practical and feasible for local teams.

• Self-motivated individual who thrives in ambiguous situations.

• Comfortable collaborating across various regions and time zones.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
