This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of, maintain, and enhance our company operating model.
• Lead the annual planning process, as well as quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, while continuously analyzing performance to identify trends, opportunities, and reasons for unexpected variances.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to create processes that ensure accurate and timely reporting for management.
• Work cross-functionally with senior leadership to build financial models and provide strategic insights that aid in achieving their objectives.
• Prepare quarterly reporting materials for our board of directors.
• Perform ad hoc financial modeling and analysis as needed.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate FP&A, with an additional 2+ years of experience in investment banking, finance/accounting, or consulting being strongly preferred.
• Proficient in accounting and corporate finance, especially in financial modeling.
• Highly analytical and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
• Familiarity with ERP and corporate financial planning tools.
• Experience leveraging financial use cases for AI tools (such as Claude/OpenAI).
• Advanced skills in Office and Google applications (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of partnering effectively at all organizational levels.
