This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Billing Account Managers.

• Develop an internal predictive analytics model along with a relevant underwriting process.

• Research, evaluate, and onboard a new vendor that integrates AI agents into collection initiatives.

• Revamp payment processes to transition workplaces to new payment methods.

• Enhance collection strategies to boost profitability and reduce losses while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

• Candidates must reside in North America, South America, or Europe.
