Senior Associate, Predictions Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Implement our sports strategy for Soccer, Table Tennis, International Basketball, and MMA by pinpointing crucial moments and launching timely, unique prediction markets.

• Collaborate with the Predictions Operations, Social, Customer Relationship Management, Integrated Marketing, and Merchandising Teams to execute go-to-market campaigns and live event activations.

• Oversee on-site merchandising by prioritizing and optimizing content across various sports and promotional experiences.

• Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure swift, coordinated execution across customer touchpoints.

• Assist with game day operations, addressing live moments, promotions, and in-game opportunities, including evenings and weekends during peak sports seasons.

• Cultivate expertise in prediction markets, encompassing contract creation, market behavior, and promotional mechanics, while aiding in the scaling of the offering.

• Maintain centralized planning and organization to ensure initiatives, timelines, and priorities remain on track.

• Leverage data and performance insights to enhance sport-specific strategies and support pivotal campaigns throughout the year.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or a related area, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.

• A comprehensive understanding of sports and live event dynamics across various leagues.

• An inquisitive nature regarding prediction markets and their relationship with traditional sports betting; previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• The capability to excel in fast-paced, real-time settings while managing multiple priorities.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle competing workstreams.

• A data-driven perspective and the skill to translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
