Senior Associate, Payroll Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage Payroll processes from start to finish independently, ensuring timely delivery according to the specified processing calendar(s) and KPIs.

• Carry out Data Management or Customer Service tasks independently, adhering to the agreed calendar and KPIs.

• Assist with Statutory and Year End Reporting in line with the designated calendar(s) and KPIs.

• Utilize Payroll expertise to provide guidance on client inquiries and issues.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of country-specific regulations and responsibilities.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer to Apprentices and/or Associates regarding Data Management or Customer Service tasks.

• Ensure that Tickets and Calls are addressed within SLA timelines and maintained to high standards.

• Aid in System Maintenance Testing.

• Communicate and transact with Third Parties effectively.

• Complete SOC Controls punctually, providing the necessary documentation.

• Assist in root cause analysis to ensure accuracy of details.

• Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions.

• Keep DWIs updated to reflect current processes.

• Accurately report all system issues and defects.

• Notify the Service Manager of any deviations from standard service scope.

• Recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

• Ensure Time Recording is completed accurately and punctually.

• Adhere to and follow Strada Security Standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings and promptly raise any issues to your Service Manager.

• Stay informed about all Strada HR announcements and communications.

• Foster positive relationships with all lines of business where applicable.

• Provide timely and accurate updates to internal stakeholders when necessary.

• Engage in projects and activities as required and assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Corporate setting.

• Knowledge of HRIS systems: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft is preferred.

• Proficiency in English (Danish language skills are a plus).

• Experience with HR and payroll data management.

• Background in payroll administration or a similar processing role.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Flexibility to thrive in a global and fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-driven with a desire for continuous learning.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently while adhering to established processes and procedures.
