Senior Associate – Operations Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute all internal accounting tasks, reconciliation, and corrective actions daily from the Maker's perspective.

• Generate precise and timely monthly and semi-annual vendor invoices for Amex and Diners to recover rental and transaction fees.

• Create deferred commission invoices for gross merchants and ensure timely and error-free recovery.

• Maintain and regularly update all trackers to monitor pending commissions, payments, and rental recoveries.

• Prepare and post DE entries in the system for the relevant processes from a Maker's viewpoint.

• Conduct deferred payment reconciliation and payment posting processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

• Ensure adherence to the Bank’s compliance and regulatory procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with general banking practices, along with substantial experience in merchant onboarding procedures and local regulations.

• 3-5 years of experience in the cards domain or multi-disciplinary banking.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent analytical thinking and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office tools, as well as management information system (MIS) reporting and analysis.

• Practical experience with any card management system.
