This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the comprehensive execution of new strategic collaborations with ACOs, health systems, health plans, pharmaceutical, and life sciences organizations.
• Take ownership of specific workstreams or phases within broader implementation initiatives under the guidance of the Director.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and dependencies among clinical, product, data, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
• Keep detailed project plans that include tasks, responsible parties, and deadlines.
• Recognize risks, obstacles, or delays and proactively escalate issues along with suggested solutions.
• Maintain implementation trackers, dashboards, and documentation to support PMO operations.
• Create regular status reports and materials for both internal and partner-facing meetings.
• Monitor implementation metrics and track progress against launch milestones.
• Record decisions, risks, action items, and follow-ups across various workstreams.
• Assist in preparing executive-level summaries and conducting launch readiness reviews.
• Implement established playbooks, templates, and tools for effective execution.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Document partner-specific workflows, requirements, and insights gained.
• Organize partner meetings, prepare agendas, and develop materials for working sessions.
• Collaborate with partner clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure workflow alignment and readiness.
• Gather partner feedback and share insights with the Director of Implementation and cross-functional teams.
• Aid in the transition from implementation to ongoing account management after launch.
• 2-4+ years of experience in healthcare implementation, customer success, operations, or project management.
• Familiarity with healthcare or health tech environments.
• Exposure to provider, payer, pharmaceutical, or value-based care models.
• Capability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset with a readiness to take ownership of designated workstreams.
• Experience supporting implementations that involve EHRs, data integrations, or clinical workflows.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday, dashboards, trackers, workflow diagrams, Gantt charts, and risk registers.
• Work remotely from anywhere in the 50 United States.
