Senior Associate, ERP Agile Transformation Delivery Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess client business application requirements and convert them into agile delivery workflows.

• Assist in ERP transformation initiatives encompassing process design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Utilize project management and systems project management techniques to monitor scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

• Document requirements, solution decisions, and delivery progress for both client and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate technology integration efforts across business applications, data flows, and operational procedures.

• Identify challenges, evaluate alternatives, and enhance delivery methodologies.

• Gain knowledge of industry technologies and field service modernization solutions including SAP, Salesforce, Maximo, ESRI, SEW, and IFS.

• Offer implementation assistance, technical advice, and training support.

• Review team outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Guide junior team members through mentorship.

• Cultivate client relationships through prompt communication, constructive feedback, and an understanding of the business context.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in ERP transformation within client service projects.

• Proficiency in applying Agile methodologies to intricate technology delivery workflows.

• Capability to interpret business requirements and convert them into actionable delivery strategies.

• Ability to manage feedback, adapt swiftly, and learn from a variety of perspectives.

• Commercial insight into field service modernization initiatives.

• Competence in mentoring junior team members while upholding professional standards.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
