Senior Associate, Digital Consulting – Oracle Cloud SCM Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete solution design for Oracle Cloud Procurement tailored to Hospital/Health System clients.

• Actively engage in all stages of the Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle, including Design, Configuration, Validation, Deployment, and Support.

• Work closely with integration, reporting, and data teams to guarantee a cohesive end-to-end design.

• Collaborate with senior team members to acquire best practices and enhance your technical and functional expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in requirement analysis, writing functional specifications, conducting testing, troubleshooting issues, and engaging with business users.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in cloud implementations.

• Experience in implementing/configuring the following Oracle Cloud modules: Sourcing, Self-service requisitioning, Purchasing, Supplier Portal & Qualification Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management.

• Previous experience leading or assisting with implementations for clients in Hospitals and Health Systems.

• Strong analytical skills to transform meeting insights into documentation for distribution among participants and project teams.

• Capability to manage project workstreams independently by effectively planning and organizing tasks with minimal supervision.

• A keen desire and openness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.

• Excellent attention to detail, complemented by a quality-focused approach.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as necessary to collaborate with clients or other internal project teams.
