Senior Associate Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of design drafts and mock-ups, collaborating on innovative design solutions for intricate challenges.

• Collaborate closely with creative support specialists, project managers, and the design director to produce consistent, captivating, and timely outputs for various platforms, including marketing emails, social media content, presentations, web layouts, and branding projects.

• Follow style guidelines based on client specifications and/or branding standards.

• Engage in team meetings, professional development check-ins, design team discussions, and other internal gatherings as necessary.

• Keep a high level of organization for both print and digital files and materials.

• Required skills in photo editing and retouching.

• Video editing abilities are advantageous.

• Proficiency in illustration is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is necessary.

• At least 6 years of experience in brand or agency design, including brand strategy.

• Demonstrated experience leading branding initiatives from initial research through concept development, presentation, and final execution.

• Proven track record in producing and delivering performance marketing assets, such as email campaigns and static digital ads, with a solid understanding of platform specifications and production requirements.

• An online portfolio showcasing work samples is required.

• Native or fluent English speaker.

• Availability to work during EST business hours.

• Comfortable working in a Mac-based setting.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma is required, including hands-on experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems; candidates will be assessed on this during the hiring process.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Keynote are necessary.

• A strong understanding of branding, typography, and social media.
