This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Execute data integrity tasks, implement user-focused solutions through declarative development tools, and generate technical documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for general Salesforce inquiries, utilizing our ticketing system to address user issues.
• Design and conduct training sessions and documentation to empower staff in generating their own reports and dashboards.
• Apply customizations and automations within Salesforce to enhance workflow efficiency based on user feedback.
• Offer configuration support and data maintenance for project management (ClickUp) and digital asset management (Google Drive) systems.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose sustainable technological practices to optimize departmental workflows.
• Assist in the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and IT user policies, including naming conventions.
• Collaborate with IT contractors on specific projects and aid in managing the delegation of technical tasks.
• Engage in the assessment of new software requests to ensure alignment with existing technical infrastructure.
• Undertake IT or database-related tasks as assigned to support the wider technology team.
• 2-3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator (Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred).
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs, Boolean logic, and data manipulation.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear user guides and technical documentation.
• Experience with tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, or Jira for task and project tracking is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of SQL/SOQL or other database languages is a significant advantage.
