Senior Associate, CX Market Research

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution and ongoing management of CX programs.

• Aid in designing questionnaires, programming samples, specifying data processing, and utilizing reporting platforms.

• Create reports and presentations for clients.

• Provide tailored analyses and address client inquiries.

• Help plan and carry out regular client meetings.

• Support financial management tasks related to assigned projects.

• Manage multiple project tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.

• Ensure the integrity of data for research initiatives.

• Guarantee the accuracy of deliverables for clients.

• Build and maintain professional relationships within the department, across other departments, and with clients.

• Advocate for and uphold the company's Code of Business Ethics, Company Values, and Leadership Attributes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Proven skills in problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and decision-making.

• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative analysis.

• Familiarity with online reputation management is preferred but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, accountability, and initiative.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to multitask.

• A sense of urgency to achieve goals, objectives, and deadlines.

• Experience in designing questionnaires, planning analyses, interpreting data, and reporting findings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Preferred proficiency in SPSS and Excel.

• Preferred analytical and writing skills.

• Familiarity with CX and survey platforms such as Qualtrics and reporting environments is preferred.

• BA/BS degree from an accredited four-year institution.
