Senior Associate – Corporate Operations, Exports

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee Payments, Risk participation, and various other activities in accordance with the Bank’s internal policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ICC guidelines, while authorizing transactions in the processing system.

• Conduct sanction checks for relevant parties involved in documents.

• Manage documentation related to Commodity Trade Operations.

• Responsible for authorizing and inputting transactions into the system, and preparing and authorizing the necessary SWIFT messages.

• Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Head.

• Share any errors or knowledge gaps with the line manager/team to resolve customer service issues.

• Ensure there is no revenue loss due to overlooked charge collections.

• Maintain no outstanding reconciliation entries in Nostro or Internal accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Trade Operations.

• Advanced knowledge of Export LC Payments, Discounting, and Risk participations.

• In-depth understanding of accounting entries and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Familiarity with amortization principles.

• Strong communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to perform well under pressure, excellent organizational skills, and a good team player.
