This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for prospective M&A opportunities, joint ventures, and fundraising initiatives.
• Serve as a primary contact during the diligence phase, overseeing data rooms and coordinating with legal, tax, and product teams to pinpoint risks and synergies.
• Create impactful presentations for the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.
• Assist in preparing materials for investor updates, earnings calls, and funding pitches for potential investors.
• Lead the periodic consolidation of financial data across various business lines to deliver a comprehensive overview of company performance, while monitoring KPIs to offer insights that assist leadership in strategic decision-making.
• 2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, or a fast-paced FP&A environment.
• Familiarity with diverse deal structures, including M&A, carve-outs, equity investments, and joint ventures.
• Proficient financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to build intricate financial models from the ground up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate cross-functionally and present to leadership.
• High degree of ownership and curiosity; excels in dynamic and resourceful environments.
