Senior Associate, Convening

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Co-Lead Ecosystem Partnership and Initiative Lead to ensure convening activities are aligned with objectives.

• Maintain consistent follow-up after convenings, which includes documenting notes, outlining next steps, and facilitating partner communication.

• Assist in the planning and execution of convenings and capacity-sharing initiatives.

• Engage with partners to encourage participation and collect their feedback.

• Gather insights and feedback from both convenings and interactions with partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as community development, social sciences, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in supporting events, convenings, or community-driven initiatives.

• Proven experience in facilitating multi-stakeholder convenings or cross-sector partnerships.

• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities, with a keen eye for detail and follow-through.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
