This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the CRM campaign strategy for Canadian Occasions by developing and implementing occasion-specific lifecycle programs across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS to enhance customer engagement and increase order volume during significant seasonal and cultural events.
• Create comprehensive campaigns by managing audience segmentation, targeting, creative briefing, quality assurance, launch, and post-campaign analysis utilizing Braze.
• Collaborate across multiple functions by working with Integrated Marketing, Creative Studio, Promo Strategy, Product, Analytics, and Strategy & Operations teams to produce cohesive and impactful occasion campaigns.
• Evaluate and refine strategies by analyzing campaign performance alongside analytics partners, identifying trends, and providing data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements in occasion strategies.
• Link occasions with lifecycle journeys by collaborating with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to ensure retention of customers acquired or reactivated during Occasions through continuous lifecycle programs.
• Keep abreast of best practices by monitoring emerging trends in CRM, email, push, and SMS marketing and sharing insights with the wider team.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM technology, including Email Service Providers (ESPs) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Proven experience in launching comprehensive lifecycle or promotional campaigns, encompassing audience segmentation, targeting, quality assurance, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in interpreting data to guide campaign strategy and making informed trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with creative, analytics, and product or strategy teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adjust plans based on performance insights or changing business priorities.
• Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Periscope) is advantageous.
