This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee budget and logistics for congresses led by the Amgen Congress Team, marketing, and sales, collaborating with cross-functional, cross-brand, and external agency stakeholders.
• Monitor congress performance and KPIs, gather key insights, identify areas for improvement, and outline year-over-year conference opportunities that align with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to synchronize speaker program activities and investments with brand priorities and annual budget expectations.
• Maintain oversight of program volume, utilization, and expenditures, identifying trends, opportunities, or gaps.
• Organize planning and execution for UPLIZNA advisory boards in partnership with Marketing, Medical, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the identification, recruitment, and participation planning of healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Aid in the development, review, and distribution of branded, disease-state, and unbranded promotional materials.
• Manage marketing projects from planning through execution, overseeing timelines, budgets, agency deliverables, and project plans.
• Facilitate the approval of promotional materials through the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process in collaboration with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and agency partners.
• Foster partnerships across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Global Marketing, Market Research, Digital, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to implement HCP marketing initiatives.
• Doctorate degree OR a Master's degree with 1 year of marketing and/or marketing operations experience OR a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of marketing and/or marketing operations experience OR an Associate's degree with 6 years of marketing and/or marketing operations experience OR a high school diploma/GED with 8 years of directly related experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare commercial sector, focusing on marketing, sales, commercial operations, project management, or a related business function is preferred.
• Proven experience in supporting the development and execution of promotional marketing materials.
• Experience in assisting with conferences, speaker programs, advisory boards, and/or medical marketing and peer-to-peer tactics.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with working alongside agency partners, promotional review processes, Veeva, and the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process is preferred.
• Experience in the rare disease or specialty pharmaceutical sector is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability in learning, and a commitment to high-quality commercial execution.
