Marketing Manager – Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete transition of the website and country-specific sites.

• Establish site architecture, taxonomy, and content strategy.

• Create and optimize SEO-focused web content and metadata.

• Design and develop pages using Umbraco CMS v13.

• Manage redirects, analytics, and optimization after launch.

• Collaborate with global teams for campaign URL updates and site governance.

• Assist during the launch and hypercare phase with troubleshooting.

• Plan and implement integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

• Direct the content strategy across web platforms, blogs, and social media.

• Develop sales and promotional materials.

• Evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.

• Provide support for conferences, trade shows, and brand promotion activities.

• Work collaboratively with global marketing and leadership teams.

• Ensure campaigns align with corporate branding and messaging.

• Collaborate with country site owners to expand content internationally.

• Contribute to establishing a strong, consistent global brand identity for Eurofins PSS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in business-to-business professional services marketing.

• Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in developing social media campaigns that generate leads.

• Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities.

• Creative thinker.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Familiarity with an insourcing model and/or recruiting services.

• Knowledge of and/or experience in the life sciences industry.

• Experience in direct sales lead generation.

• Proficient in MS CRM.

• Available to work Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with overtime as required.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
