Senior Associate, Business Sales

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Associate for School Lunch Sales, you will spearhead the growth and retention of Domino’s Smart Slice products within your designated territory.

• Your efforts will focus on driving incremental sales and profits for both the brand and its franchisees.

• You will create a strategic territory plan while cultivating strong partnerships with franchisees and school districts.

• This position involves developing and implementing strategies to identify, pursue, and secure new school lunch accounts through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.

• You will be expected to adhere to established processes and data entry requirements in the Customer Relationship Management system (Domino’s Connect/Salesforce).

• It is essential to maintain comprehensive records of account interactions, feedback, and action items within the CRM system to ensure continuity and follow-through.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing experience, demonstrating a proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence is necessary.

• A track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas or territory goals is essential.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in public speaking, are required.

• We seek a proactive, independent worker with excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and influencing abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot) is required; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.

• Experience in the school foodservice sector is a plus.

• Willingness to travel extensively, including some weekends (up to 60%), is necessary.
