Senior Associate, Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to incorporate customer performance insights into strategies for acquiring users and partners.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of A/B experiments on both new and existing features, drawing out essential insights to guide product and business strategies.

• Identify, comprehend, and evaluate factors that promote profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership development.

• Spot opportunities to automate manual tasks and enhance operational effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a discipline that is quantitatively or intellectually demanding.

• At least 2 years of management consulting experience from a prestigious firm (preferably McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) or relevant experience in business analysis or operations.

• A strong proficiency in SQL and/or experience with complex data analysis.
