Senior Associate, Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to incorporate customer performance insights into strategies for user and partner acquisition.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of A/B tests on both new and existing features, deriving essential insights to guide product and business strategies.

• Define, comprehend, and evaluate strategies to enhance profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership development.

• Recognize opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous field.

• More than 2 years of management consulting experience from a prestigious firm (preferably McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group) or relevant expertise in business analysis/operations.

• High proficiency in SQL and/or conducting complex data analyses.
