Senior Associate, Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to embed customer performance insights into strategies for user and partner acquisition.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of A/B tests on both new and existing features, deriving essential insights to guide product and business strategies.

• Determine, comprehend, and evaluate methods to promote profitable and scalable growth in user acquisition and partnerships.

• Spot opportunities to automate manual workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually demanding field.

• A minimum of 2 years of management consulting experience from a prestigious firm (McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR pertinent experience in business analysis or operations.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and/or experience in conducting complex data analyses.
