Senior Associate, BizOps – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to incorporate customer performance insights into strategies for acquiring users and partners.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of A/B tests for both new and existing features.

• Derive insights from experiments to guide product development and business strategies.

• Identify, analyze, and test factors that promote profitable and scalable growth in user acquisition and partnerships.

• Discover opportunities to automate manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across key business initiatives, such as carrier growth and product development from inception to launch.

• Employ advanced machine learning models to perform comprehensive analyses and develop growth strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually demanding field (preferred background).

• Minimum of 2 years of management consulting experience from a leading firm, or relevant experience in business analysis or operations.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and/or performing complex data analyses.

• A structured approach to problem-solving and first-principles thinking.

• Capability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from front-line employees to C-suite executives.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.
