Senior Associate Attorney – Workers' Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership within the Workers' Compensation team, ensuring strong case outcomes and outstanding client service.

• Offer expertise on intricate legal issues, case assessments, and settlement discussions.

• Mentor and nurture fellow attorneys to uphold consistent, high-quality representation.

• Step in for trials, hearings, and negotiations as necessary.

• Conduct client educational webinars and manage escalated client concerns.

• Promote a positive, collaborative, and team-focused culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• JD and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

• 5-7 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation (preferably a mix of Applicant & Defense).

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
