This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Provide strategic leadership within the Workers' Compensation team, ensuring strong case outcomes and outstanding client service.
β’ Offer expertise on intricate legal issues, case assessments, and settlement discussions.
β’ Mentor and nurture fellow attorneys to uphold consistent, high-quality representation.
β’ Step in for trials, hearings, and negotiations as necessary.
β’ Conduct client educational webinars and manage escalated client concerns.
β’ Promote a positive, collaborative, and team-focused culture.
β’ JD and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
β’ 5-7 years of experience in Workersβ Compensation (preferably a mix of Applicant & Defense).
β’ Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
