This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and spearhead the comprehensive marketing and content strategy for the Payment Integrity division, closely aligned with growth objectives, revenue goals, and market expansion aspirations.
• Act as the sole point of responsibility between Payment Integrity leadership and Corporate Marketing, ensuring strong alignment on priorities, messaging, brand positioning, and execution.
• Develop and implement integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies for core Payment Integrity and AI-driven solutions, specifically tailored for the healthcare payer landscape.
• Oversee annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps, coordinating demand-generation campaigns with sales focuses, product introductions, and emerging market prospects.
• Establish and operationalize a robust content strategy and governance model across all Payment Integrity marketing materials, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic significance.
• Lead the production of high-impact, sales-enablement content such as case studies, pitch decks, solution briefs, demos, videos, and playbooks, ensuring all resources are client-focused, distinctly differentiated, and aligned with brand voice and messaging frameworks.
• Ensure consistency in storytelling across all channels while facilitating targeted customization for key accounts, segments, and buyer personas.
• Education: MBA or an advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 5 to 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare marketing strategy, corporate launch strategy, or business consulting, with a proven track record in the US payer and provider markets, particularly within Payment Integrity (PI), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or AI-driven healthcare solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading marketing functions or large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Strong background in thought leadership development, campaign management, and sales enablement.
• In-depth understanding of the payment integrity landscape, including industry trends, challenges, and key players.
• Experience in leading marketing efforts for thought leadership creation, campaign management, content strategy, and sales enablement.
• Proven ability to translate complex solutions into engaging narratives.
• A discerning eye for design, storytelling, and the "human" aspects of professional branding.
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks such as value chain analysis, OKRs, Balanced Scorecards, Lean canvases, etc.
• Base Pay Range: $160,000 to $180,000 plus annual bonus
• Estimated Travel: up to 10%
