Senior Asset Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The Senior Asset Manager serves as the team leader and the main point of contact for customer inquiries.

• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships.

• Oversee or manage project workflows, ensuring that budgets, margins, and timelines are adhered to, while ensuring that personnel resources are available.

• Identify new opportunities within a customer's facility.

• Provide job quotations and conduct follow-ups with customers.

• Supervise contract management and asset managers within the team.

• Monitor team KPIs and spearhead process enhancements.

• Offer data/KPI feedback to support back-office efficiency and corporate initiatives.

• Oversee multi-team special projects aimed at improving margins and revenue.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of all obligations, including service responsibilities, response times, reporting scope of work, billing rates, termination clauses, etc.

• Maintain direct customer contact and technical ownership.

• Manage documentation for site turnover and spare parts management.

• Track warranties and RMAs while providing recommendations for improvements.

• Uphold asset operating plans, along with preventative and corrective maintenance obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, and health and safety management is preferred.

• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
