Senior ASO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead the ASO strategy for our range of mobile applications.

• Oversee and refine metadata elements (titles, subtitles, descriptions, keywords) to enhance rankings and conversion rates.

• Partner with creative teams to test and optimize visual assets, such as icons, screenshots, and promotional videos.

• Collaborate with product and user acquisition teams to ensure alignment of custom product pages and feature launches with acquisition objectives.

• Design and execute A/B tests, providing ongoing reports on key performance metrics.

• Actively embrace automation and AI tools to enhance testing, analysis, and reporting processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ASO, ideally with a portfolio of subscription-based or freemium applications.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing organic visibility and conversion rates in the App Store.

• In-depth knowledge of app store algorithms, ranking determinants, and experimentation methodologies.

• Proficient with ASO and analytics tools (e.g., AppTweak, SensorTower, AppFollow, etc).

• Capability to analyze performance data and convert insights into effective growth strategies.

• Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including user acquisition, creative, and product departments.

• Practical experience with Custom Product Pages and their significance in facilitating paid user acquisition strategies.

• Familiarity with Apple Search Ads is a significant advantage, particularly in integrating CPP strategies with paid acquisition campaigns.
