• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting product adoption through the demonstration of clinical and economic advantages of Medtronic AI platforms.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence trends, including but not limited to the market positioning of GI Genius and the macroeconomic factors that affect decision-making in AI within the healthcare sector.
• Create solutions for a wide range of account-level challenges that necessitate substantial cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities, with minimal high-level guidance.
• Offer solution-focused strategies to enhance product adoption and boost sales growth.
• Build relationships with healthcare executives, physicians, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in their territory where procedures are conducted or influenced.
• Comprehend and convey the clinical value of Medtronic AI platforms, including published data, disease pathways, and the development of algorithms based on ground truth.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of experience* OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of experience* OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience*
• *Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• A strong preference for enterprise-level technical sales experience, particularly in life sciences, healthcare, or software (SaaS, PaaS, SaMD).
• A demonstrated history of achieving sales success consistently, exceeding quarterly and yearly sales quotas (notable achievements such as President's Club or consistent top performer rankings).
• Proven clinical, technical, and business excellence with GI Genius.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in the O365 suite and Salesforce.com.
• Capable of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships across all functional areas.
• Proven excellence in business planning and forecasting.
• Experience in medical device/equipment sales.
• Background in selling to physicians in a procedural environment.
• Degree with a focus on Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
