Product Manager – Radiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will shape the strategic development and execution of the product roadmap for MC³ Radiology in collaboration with both internal and external partners.

• You are accountable for the professional progression of the product throughout its entire lifecycle, prioritizing features based on clinical advantages, regulatory risks, and commercial value.

• You will create user-centric, practical, and regulatory-compliant product solutions.

• You will ensure adherence to all pertinent regulatory standards.

• You will assess complex requirements from clinical practice and convert them into customized solutions for radiology.

• You will prioritize and manage product backlogs in close partnership with the development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of several years of robust experience in product management, preferably within clinical IT, medical software, or pharmaceutical software.

• Extensive understanding of medical and administrative workflows in radiology, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine.

• Familiarity with relevant interface and interoperability standards (such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM, IHE profiles).

• Ideally, experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS), PACS, or clinical information systems and their integration into existing IT frameworks.

• Capability to analyze intricate clinical requirements methodically and translate them into clear, user-focused product concepts.

• An independent and structured working style, complemented by strong communication skills when engaging with medical-pharmaceutical experts and interdisciplinary teams.
