πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ As an essential member of the sales and commercial team, the Territory Business Manager (TBM) will spearhead sales initiatives at the territory level and act as the main point of contact between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics.

β€’ The TBM will achieve revenue targets by implementing brand strategies through the dissemination of approved clinical information, thorough account planning, and collaboration with the commercial team.

β€’ Become a territory expert by acquiring in-depth knowledge of the market, customers, products, and competitors. Stay informed about the evolving healthcare landscape and strategically adjust to thrive in a dynamic environment.

β€’ Cultivate relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs), physician practices, hospitals/clinics, and practice managers across diverse treatment and academic contexts, including prominent cancer centers.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree is required (an advanced degree is preferred).

β€’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry is required.

β€’ At least 5 years of demonstrated success in Rare Disease sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

β€’ Experience in Oncology is essential.

β€’ Proven experience selling in a competitive market is required.

β€’ Familiarity with virtual selling and a proven track record of leveraging technology is necessary.

β€’ A comprehensive understanding of the Oncology landscape and market dynamics is highly preferred.

β€’ Strong knowledge of reimbursement and managed care practices is essential.

β€’ High integrity and a strong work ethic are crucial, fostering mutual trust and respect.

β€’ Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors in a remote hybrid work setting.

β€’ Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight stays as business needs arise.
