Senior Architect, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions for both mid-market and enterprise clients.

• Provide strategic advice to CFOs, Operations leaders, and other senior stakeholders regarding requirements and transformation pathways.

• Establish solution direction and lead delivery teams to fulfill scope, quality, and client expectations.

• Oversee functional design, feature optimization, data integrity, and enhancements to user experience.

• Engage in quality assessments and guide project teams through design, prototyping, and deployment phases.

• Contribute to Crowe methodologies, accelerators, and best practices.

• Mentor team members and facilitate the development of the D365 offering.

• Participate in team-building activities and internal initiatives.

• Foster client relationships, contribute to account strategy, and assist in delivering impactful work.

• Collaborate across teams and leverage emerging AI capabilities to enhance efficiency, insights, and client outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of direct D365 Finance implementation leadership experience.

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, full-lifecycle D365 Finance projects.

• Strong functional knowledge across key finance and operational modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash/Bank, Financial Reporting, Projects, Costing, Procurement, and Inventory.

• Ability to design solutions, convert requirements into actionable plans, and guide teams through implementation.

• Exceptional communication skills with experience in engaging C-suite and director-level stakeholders.

• Capability to prioritize tasks, produce high-quality deliverables, and lead projects with minimal oversight.

• Background in Manufacturing or Distribution environments.

• Familiarity with complementary ISV solutions within the D365 ecosystem.

• D365 certifications in Finance or related modules.

• Previous consulting experience in a professional services setting.

• CPA, CMA, or CFA credentials are a plus.
