Senior Architect, Environmental Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate plans and specifications for architectural design and supervise its execution.

• Conduct regulatory code assessments to guarantee project compliance.

• Carry out investigations of existing conditions and generate relevant documentation and reports.

• Coordinate and evaluate contributions from various disciplines to ensure comprehensive project integration.

• Suggest building materials and offer insights regarding material selection.

• Supervise the aesthetics of buildings and sites to ensure alignment with project and client expectations.

• Provide construction assistance, including shop drawings review, RFIs, and preparation of addenda.

• Display flexibility to adapt and undertake various additional tasks based on changing requirements.

• Continue to engage with and uphold the AXP (Architectural Experience Program) documentation.

• Offer mentorship, guidance, and support, sharing knowledge to assist less experienced team members in developing their skills and advancing in their roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Architecture or a related field.

• Proven experience in planning and implementing building designs.

• Background in project management.

• A degree in architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• Attainment of a professional license is required.

• Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam software.

• Skilled in preparing construction documents, including drawings and specifications.

• Strong grasp of construction detailing, building science, and building systems.

• Knowledgeable in building codes and familiar with national standards.
