Senior Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate discussions within technical working groups that include a variety of stakeholders from industry, standards organizations, public sector entities, and trust service providers.

• Assess, evaluate, and offer expert advice on the design and advancement of digital wallet ecosystems.

• Provide technical expertise on secure communication protocols, such as Messaging Layer Security (MLS), Matrix, and Signal.

• Define and evaluate security, assurance, and trust requirements for secure digital communications.

• Contribute to the formulation of technical specifications that promote interoperability and standardization.

• Convert regulatory and legal requirements into practical, interoperable technical frameworks and operational models.

• Assist in establishing conformance, compliance, and interoperability testing methodologies.

• Develop technical analyses, architectural recommendations, technical guidance, and decision-support resources for technical stakeholders and program governance bodies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in communication infrastructures, secure communications, digital identity, trust services, cybersecurity, distributed systems, or related technical disciplines.

• Demonstrated technical expertise and competence through relevant professional experience and the delivery of similar technical work in one or more of the following fields: architecture and technical design of digital wallet ecosystems, secure communication protocols, security architecture, interoperability and standardization, and technologies that support digital identity.

• Proven expertise in communication infrastructures and associated technical architectures.

• Strong hands-on experience with modern communication systems and their related architectures.

• Excellent skills in analysis, communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation.

• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
