This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver captivating teaching, coaching, and assessment for apprenticeship programs, including Business Administration, Team Leader Supervisor, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, Warehousing and Logistics, and Supply Chain.
• Assist learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, from onboarding and progress reviews to gateway and End Point Assessment.
• Recognize learners at risk and establish effective recovery plans to enhance retention, participation, and achievement.
• Foster strong relationships with employers to aid learner progress, cohort delivery, and successful apprenticeship outcomes.
• Offer coaching, guidance, and practical support to delivery tutors, sharing best practices and ensuring consistency across teams.
• Track learner progress, gateway pipelines, and milestone targets to facilitate timely achievement and EPA readiness.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent)
• Level 3 or higher vocational competence in Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Management
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
• Assessor qualification (TAQA/A1/CAVA)
• Internal Quality Assurance qualification
• Level 4 or Level 5 vocational qualification pertinent to the curriculum area
• Leadership or Management qualification
