This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Schedule qualified consultations via outbound prospecting.
• Engage in more complex and higher-value discussions.
• Set a standard by demonstrating consistent sales performance.
• Mentor two Appointment Setters.
• Facilitate call reviews and provide feedback sessions.
• Track KPIs and overall performance metrics.
• Analyze AI-generated call transcripts.
• Enhance outbound messaging and the quality of qualifications.
• Compile performance reports for leadership review.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B outbound appointment setting or as an SDR.
• At least 1 year of experience in leading or coaching a sales team.
• Proven track record of consistently surpassing appointment booking targets.
• Ability to confidently coach on objection handling and qualification techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Apollo, Close, or Salesforce.
• Passion for mentoring while also being an individual contributor.
