This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive Qualified Appointments
• Execute a high volume of Implementation Calls, consistently identifying, qualifying, and scheduling suitable prospects for one-on-one enrollment discussions with an Enrollment Advisor.
• Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
• Serve as a world-class initial point of human connection with WarriorBabe, ensuring that every woman feels acknowledged, understood, supported, and empowered in her next step.
• Qualify and Set Appointments
• Efficiently assess and qualify potential clients in accordance with established WarriorBabe standards.
• Own Your Pipeline
• Take complete responsibility for assigned prospects and follow-up opportunities.
• Maintain Accurate Reporting
• Accurately complete all required End-of-Day and End-of-Week reporting in a timely manner.
• Be an Active Part of the Team
• Attend and actively engage in daily Sales Team Huddles from Monday to Friday.
• A minimum of 1+ year of experience in appointment-setting within a remote sales setting.
• Proven track record of success in a high-volume, performance-oriented sales role.
• In-depth understanding of the sales process with the capability to identify and qualify genuine sales opportunities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• High emotional intelligence with the capacity to quickly build trust and facilitate meaningful conversations.
• Highly driven, competitive, resilient, assertive, and focused on performance.
• Comfortable managing significant call volumes while maintaining a high level of energy throughout back-to-back calls.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to working the necessary schedule and call volume to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, and administrative discipline.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools; familiarity with HubSpot is highly preferred.
• Ability to autonomously manage a high-volume pipeline.
• Dedication to coaching, feedback, continuous learning, and skill enhancement.
• Ability to quickly adapt based on prospective client needs, leadership feedback, performance metrics, and changing business demands.
• Knowledge of or a strong interest in women's health, fitness, and nutrition is preferred.
