This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Conduct outbound calls to homeowners utilizing provided leads and dialing systems
• Present and cultivate interest in residential solar solutions
• Assess homeowners according to established criteria
• Address objections in a professional and confident manner
• Inform prospects about the advantages of adopting solar energy
• Arrange qualified appointments for the Solar Sales Team
• Keep precise records of calls and appointment results
• Regularly achieve or surpass appointment-setting targets
• Excellent English communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Confident and professional speaking manner
• Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, SDR, or any customer-facing role is preferred
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Strong skills in handling objections and managing conversations
• Quick learner with the capability to adapt to scripts and processes efficiently
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and focused on results
• Reliable internet access and a quality headset are essential
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential based on performance
