Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Make over 400 calls daily utilizing a power dialer system.

• Reach out to new leads within 5 minutes of their submission (speed-to-lead is our main focus).

• After contacting all fresh leads, cycle through older leads that have not been contacted.

• Manage leads for up to three clients at the same time.

• Schedule qualified appointments for clients in the med spa and aesthetics sector.

• Aim for 40 or more booked appointments for each client each month.

• Confirm appointments via text or call to minimize no-show rates.

• Keep precise records in GoHighLevel (GHL).

• Work with company-generated leads — no cold calling is necessary.

• Prioritize leads based on recency and level of engagement.

• Adhere to structured call scripts while maintaining a friendly and natural tone.

• Monitor and report daily KPIs (dials, contacts, and appointments booked).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting or high-volume outbound calling.

• A neutral American or Canadian accent is required (candidates from the US or Latin America are both welcome).

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar power dialer/CRM systems.

• Ability to make over 400 calls daily in a dynamic work environment.

• Personal knowledge of med spa or aesthetic treatments (such as Botox and fillers) — you are familiar with the client's perspective because you are part of it.

• Dependable and consistent — punctuality for every shift is essential.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently from a home office.

• Must provide your own laptop (no additional equipment is necessary).

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

• Willingness to cover weekend shifts (approximately 4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday on a staggered rotation).

• Nice to Have: Bilingual (Spanish) — the company serves practices in Miami and Houston that cater to Spanish-speaking patients.

• Experience in the medical, health, or beauty sectors.

• Understanding of appointment-setting metrics and KPI tracking.

• Previous experience with marketing agencies or lead generation firms.

🏝️ Benefits

• Guaranteed Floor: $3,000/month — guaranteed as long as you meet a minimum lead-contact threshold (you are making the calls, hence you receive the floor).

• Commission: $50 for each booked appointment.
