This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential customers.
• Assess leads based on criteria provided by the client.
• Arrange appointments for sales representatives.
• Adhere to call scripts while naturally engaging in conversations.
• Professionally and confidently manage objections.
• Maintain accurate notes and results in the CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects as needed.
• Achieve daily and weekly activity targets.
• Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting, or inside sales.
• Exceptional spoken English with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
• Comfortable making over 100 outbound calls daily.
• Strong listening abilities and skills in handling objections.
• Self-driven and results-oriented.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Close CRM, Follow Up Boss, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, Mojo Dialer, CallTools, RingCentral, Aircall, Dialpad, Five9, PhoneBurner, or other CRM and dialing software.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home office.
• Available to work during U.S. business hours.
