This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.
• Establish contact with potential clients via Instagram DMs, showcasing professionalism and a positive demeanor.
• Engage in discussions to comprehend the needs and preferences of prospective clients.
• Effectively communicate the distinctive advantages of our high-ticket coaching program to spark interest among potential clients.
• Pre-qualify leads according to established criteria to ensure alignment with our coaching program in Lebanon.
• Arrange appointments between qualified leads and our sales team.
• Regularly follow up with leads to cultivate relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
• Work together with the sales team to enhance lead qualification processes and strategies.
• Achieve or surpass established performance metrics for lead engagement and conversion.
• Demonstrated experience in appointment setting or a related role, ideally with a background in high-ticket sales.
• Understanding of the fitness industry and a genuine passion for assisting clients in reaching their goals.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with a strong typing proficiency (fluency in English is preferred but not strictly required).
• Experience selling through chat on Instagram DMs.
• Highly responsive and committed to engaging with new leads in a timely manner.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM software and various sales tools.
• A robust commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Must reside in Lebanon.
• Must not have any part-time job, side hustle, or business.
• Unlimited earning potential based on converting leads into sales calls.
• Daily mentorship from CEO Joseph Khoury.
