Senior Application/System Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical and strategic assistance for both Brownfield and Greenfield sales prospects by evaluating, confirming, and showcasing CCC solutions to clients.

• Function as the regional Subject Matter Expert in TMC optimization, aiding Application Engineers and Dynamic Simulation sales efforts, performing site assessments, supporting startups and training, and participating in proposal, contract, and scope qualification reviews.

• Participate in Project Review Boards for regional initiatives.

• Serve as the principal technical resource throughout the sales process, working with clients, third-party stakeholders, Account Managers, and internal teams to create and promote ideal CCC solutions.

• Facilitate regional technology seminars, sales functions, and customer workshops to highlight CCC capabilities, enhance customer relationships, gather market insights, and illustrate the advantages of CCC technologies and applications.

• Cultivate regional technical and application expertise through customer interactions, mentoring project execution teams, and supporting account strategies to foster growth and successful solution implementation across the region.

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

• Adapt to changes proactively and manage additional responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Automation and Control Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• Five years of experience in control systems engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is preferred.

• Previous experience in control systems engineering or a related area.

• Native proficiency in the local language (Italian or Dutch) and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Must be eligible and capable of obtaining a work visa or work permit for the country/site of field assignments.

• A valid international driver’s license is preferred.
