This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Deliver technical sales support within the designated region by engaging with Value Added Resellers (VARs), End Users, and A&E consultants, frequently collaborating with a Regional Sales Manager.
• Demonstrate intricate access control/security products effectively.
• Act as the technical expert for RFP responses and technical specifications.
• Provide in-depth technical product information through training sessions to customers, end users, potential new clients, and during trade shows, conferences, or other public events.
• Assist and resolve issues related to technical system design, implementation, system challenges, failures, or necessary corrections.
• Set up demonstrations for trade shows.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
• Physically capable of lifting 40 lbs.
• Over 5 years of technical experience with LenelS2 OnGuard, NetBox, and/or Elements platforms, encompassing system design, administration, troubleshooting, integration, or technical sales support.
• Proven experience in supporting customer-facing technical sales efforts, demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Proficient in presenting and conveying technical concepts to both technical and executive-level audiences.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure and services, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and the fundamentals of network security.
• Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Experience in designing, deploying, supporting, or selling enterprise security solutions.
• OnGuard Master Certification preferred; NetBox Certification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, SaaS applications, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Preferred cloud certifications include AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, or equivalent.
• Security industry certifications such as Security+, Network+, CISSP, CCNA, or equivalent are beneficial.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and their implementation in physical security settings.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and customer relationship management abilities.
