This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver technical sales assistance within the designated region by engaging with Value Added Resellers (VARs), end users, and A&E consultants, often collaborating with a Regional Sales Manager.
• Conduct intricate demonstrations of access control and security products.
• Serve as the technical expert for RFP responses and technical specifications.
• Provide detailed technical information through training sessions for customers, end users, potential clients, and at trade shows, conferences, or other public gatherings.
• Assist and resolve issues related to technical system designs, implementations, system problems, failures, or necessary adjustments.
• Set up demonstrations for trade shows.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
• Capable of lifting 40 lbs.
• Over 5 years of technical experience with LenelS2 OnGuard, NetBox, and/or Elements platforms, covering system design, administration, troubleshooting, integration, or technical sales support.
• Proven experience in customer-facing technical sales activities, demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Proficient in presenting and articulating technical concepts to both technical and executive-level audiences.
• Familiar with network infrastructure and services, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and fundamental network security.
• Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Background in designing, deploying, supporting, or marketing enterprise security solutions.
• OnGuard Master Certification is preferred; NetBox Certification is an advantage.
• Experience with cloud technologies, SaaS applications, and hybrid infrastructure setups.
• Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, or equivalent cloud certification.
• Security industry certifications such as Security+, Network+, CISSP, CCNA, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Competency in Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and their relevance to physical security environments.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and customer relationship management abilities.
