This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will lead the outbound lead generation efforts, actively participating in various lead generation activities, including:
• Reaching out to prospective clients to assess their current needs and circumstances.
• Interacting with self-storage owners to determine their interest in selling their business.
• Sales Executives from diverse backgrounds such as property or advertising sales, telesales, retail, lead generation, account management, and BDM roles will be considered.
• Ideal candidates will possess a commercial mindset and the capability to meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate the highest levels of customer commitment and ethical standards.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities are essential.
• Must be a self-starter, possessing a fearless attitude towards hearing “No.”
• You will maintain the highest level of customer service at all times, embodying the demeanor of a seasoned professional.
• Naturally skilled in building rapport, fact-finding, and engaging in high-level conversations.
• Willingness to accept guidance to enhance your ability to close more sales and increase earnings.
• A listener, a thinker, and a doer.
• A strong desire to earn money and commission upon closing sales.
• Experience in supporting, communicating, and collaborating within a sales organization.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
