Senior Application Advisor – Phoenix, Transplant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver consistent business support, encompassing incident resolution, ticket management, break/fix assistance, and continuous application maintenance.

• Oversee application development, enhance workflows, configure systems, and manage minor enhancement requests.

• Assist with Epic upgrades by conducting integrated testing, regression testing, release planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.

• Act as the main point of contact and application owner for Epic Phoenix.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance workflows and optimize application performance.

• Engage in a day-call rotation to provide support during Pacific Time hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification in Epic Phoenix (Transplant).

• Proven experience as a primary analyst, application owner, application lead, or subject matter expert (SME).

• Extensive experience in production support, application development, and optimization.

• Capability to work independently and proactively while taking responsibility for an application.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and operational stakeholders.

• Availability to start as soon as possible.

• Willingness to support Pacific Time hours during the day-call rotation.

• Candidates located in Central Time should be prepared to work until around 6:00 PM CT during their rotation.
