Senior App Store Optimization, ASO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the organic growth strategy for a range of international mobile applications.

• Formulate long-term App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies that align with clients' business goals.

• Spot opportunities to enhance organic acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue.

• Create quarterly growth roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on their potential impact.

• Convert data into concise strategic recommendations for clients.

• Perform keyword research and conduct market analysis.

• Optimize metadata across both the App Store and Google Play.

• Develop localization strategies tailored for various markets.

• Suggest and enhance screenshots, icons, feature graphics, and videos.

• Plan and analyze A/B testing strategies.

• Monitor rankings, visibility, conversion rates, and competitor activities.

• Keep abreast of platform changes and industry trends.

• Present strategies and recommendations to founders, product teams, and marketing leaders.

• Facilitate client calls and workshops, fostering trusted relationships with clients.

• Collaborate with Paid User Acquisition, Creative Strategy, CRM & Retention, Measurement & Attribution, and Growth Consulting teams.

• Represent REPLUG at conferences, webinars, podcasts, through thought leadership, articles, and industry content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of practical ASO experience.

• Experience managing multiple mobile applications concurrently.

• Solid understanding of both the Apple App Store and Google Play environments.

• Demonstrated experience in developing ASO strategies, going beyond mere task execution.

• Extensive knowledge of keyword optimization, metadata, and localization.

• Experience in planning and assessing A/B tests.

• Strong grasp of App Store conversion optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with Apple Search Ads and the role of paid search in supporting organic growth.

• Exceptional analytical skills with confidence in handling performance data.

• Experience in presenting recommendations directly to clients or senior stakeholders.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote setting.
