Senior App & Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Oversee frontend and application development for both web and mobile platforms.

• Create, develop, and sustain scalable frontend applications utilizing React and cutting-edge frameworks.

• Build hybrid mobile applications with Ionic and Capacitor.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to provide high-quality user experiences.

• Establish and execute frontend architecture, standards, and best practices.

• Ensure UI responsiveness, performance, and accessibility across various devices and platforms.

• Support and mentor fellow engineers within the team.

• Assess and integrate modern frontend technologies and AI tools to enhance development efficiency.

• Work closely with backend systems for API and service integration.

• Influence technical decisions and play a significant role in project planning and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience with React in constructing production-grade applications.

• More than 5 years of experience with Angular (including version 15+) in live production settings.

• Profound knowledge of CSS frameworks and contemporary UI development methodologies.

• Experience employing AI tools to facilitate software development processes.

• Strong proficiency with Ionic (7+) and Capacitor for hybrid mobile development.

• Demonstrated experience leading frontend development initiatives or technical delivery.

• Solid understanding of application architecture and UI performance optimization.

• Capability to take ownership of frontend delivery in a small team setting.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proven experience working independently while effectively collaborating with small teams.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in technical discussions.
