Senior App and Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee frontend and application development for both web and mobile platforms.

• Design, create, and sustain scalable frontend applications utilizing React and contemporary frameworks.

• Develop hybrid mobile applications leveraging Ionic and Capacitor.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to produce exceptional user experiences.

• Establish and enforce frontend architecture, standards, and best practices.

• Ensure a responsive, high-performance, and accessible UI across a variety of devices and platforms.

• Provide support and guidance to other engineers within the team.

• Assess and implement modern frontend technologies and AI tools to enhance development efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with backend systems to integrate APIs and services.

• Lead technical decisions and play a key role in project planning and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in React for developing production-grade applications.

• More than 5 years of experience with Angular (including version 15+) in production settings.

• In-depth knowledge of CSS frameworks and contemporary UI development methodologies.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance software development workflows.

• Significant experience with Ionic (7+) and Capacitor for hybrid mobile application development.

• Documented experience leading frontend development initiatives or technical deliveries.

• Strong grasp of application architecture and UI performance optimization.

• Capability to take ownership of frontend delivery within a small team context.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience working autonomously while effectively collaborating with small teams.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in technical discussions.
