• Meet sales revenue goals and enhance market presence for a designated territory by promoting, selling, and servicing Medtronic Endovascular and related products.
• Implement effective territory management through organization, administration, and expense planning, while training relevant medical personnel on products and procedures.
• Must be capable of driving up to 80% of the time within the assigned area.
• A valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy are required. Additionally, your driving history will be evaluated as part of the application process.
• Create and execute strategies to meet or surpass sales budget objectives.
• Develop and maintain precise records for accounts and territories.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of all accounts within the geographical areas of the territory to optimize exposure and manage time effectively.
• Identify, establish, and sustain productive relationships with key decision-makers, customers, and their teams, as well as administrative staff.
• Strategically plan and deliver impactful sales/product presentations to clients.
• Sustain and expand current business while exploring new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, maximizing potential by targeting specific customers to generate sales leads and pursue opportunities for promoting the company’s product portfolio.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of experience* OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of experience* OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience*
• * Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience in a hospital setting, specifically selling interventional cardiology or vascular surgery products.
• Knowledge of AAA and/or Thoracic Procedures.
• Proven track record of success in previous sales roles, demonstrating a high level of sales performance in a highly technical, competitive, and dynamic environment.
• Consistent success across a range of business conditions.
• Demonstrated abilities in sales planning, organization, and execution.
• Experience in sales management or sales training.
• Top 10% past performance in President's Club or equivalent recognition.
• Ability to educate and train medical personnel, peers, and technical support staff.
• Proven success in a collaborative working environment.
• Strong skills in managing accounts, inventory, expenses, and budgets.
